Thanks Will – your point about the author stereotyping youth is solid. Actually, when i give this assigment, I expect students to be offended by it and am always surprised at how few people are. The fact that you dislike his point proves that maybe your generation is not as apathetic as they say! Thanks!

Thanks Will, some suggestions as you move forward:

Make sure your thesis is clear in the first paragraph.

Use the handout that I e-mailed Sunday to organize your paper a bit more.

Finally, i highly recommend going to the Writing Center for some help with the things that I marked in the first paper. You have some great ideas, but need some help with organization and sentence structure.

Great blog entry Will! I especially liked this section:

“Another issue which I think is a down fall with globalization is that many countries have poverty and struggling people with poor nutrition and lake of health care then others.”

I think you have a really insightful perspective on helping the poor populations in the world. you should consider working on this for your final project. Thanks!
